本文通过分析养老保险基金的运营现状,利用EXCEL软件对上海养老保险基金收支情况进行多元线性回归预测,发现上海市近年来养老基金收支始终未达到平衡,未来几年后养老金的支出大于收入,养老保险基金运营能力不容乐观,不能够达到良性运营,养老基现收现付存在很大的缺口。
