摘要
网上行政审批就是为了提高政府的办事效率、服务质量、透明度,运用先进的信息技术,将传统的行政审批业务搬到网上,实行政务信息化,提供一站式服务的过程。网上行政审批的发展趋势是从部门级系统审批向平台级系统审批提升,逐步向综合级系统审批发展。本文就电子政务建设中的网上行政审批系统做一些分析。
The online administrative approval is a process of using advanced information technology to put up the traditional administrative approval service online, executing government administration information and providing one-stop service process in order to improve government efficiency, service quality, transparency. The online administrative approval development tendency is as follows: first department system approval, then platform level system approval, last the comprehensive level system approval. This paper makes an analysis of the on-line administrative approval system in the e-government affairs.
