高校图书馆在文化信息资源共享工程中的应用

文化信息资源共享工程是一项国家的惠民工程。它是"三个代表"思想的重要成果,代表着先进文化的前进方向,是社会主义精神文明建设的里程碑。辽宁省文化信息共享工程是以书籍、图片、科教视频等多媒体为载体,通过广电模式传播到千家万户。工程技术在全国处于较高水平。工程关系到的各级图书馆,包括高校图书馆也含有大量的专业技术资源。如何将这些资源提供给工程中心并通过媒介传输到机顶盒用户端是本课题组研究的核心问题。(即图书馆数据至数字广播电视前端至用户端的传输的具体方案)显然,核心问题包括两个部分,一个是图书馆数据如何发送至广播电视前端。另一个是广播电视数据与机顶盒之间的数据传输。在正文中,本课题组将建立小型局域网来模拟这两个过程,以供参考。
