本文针对近一年全路铁路职工伤亡事故发生的事故类别、时间、工种和原因进行分析,从中找出职工伤亡事故发生的规律和特点以及危及作业人员安全的薄弱环节,并对事故暴露的问题逐一提出整改和预防措施,降低作业过程中人身安全隐患,保证铁路运输的安全畅通、铁路企业的和谐发展。

This paper analyzes the category, time, profession and cause of the whole road railway staff casualties in recent year. It finds the locates the rules and characteristics of the casualties, as well as the weakness of staff 's safety, then it recommends corrective and preventive measures of the exposed problems to reduce safety hazards during the operation, ensure the safe and smooth of railway transportation and the harmonious development of railway enterprises.
