摘要
以我们设计的新型山地车摩擦式无级变速器为研究对象对其传动特性进行分析。在SolidWorks中建立其三维模型,并导入ADAMS中建立动力学模型进行动态模拟与优化。从而得到在不同的倾斜角度下,变速器传动的受力情况和传动情况。为无级变速传动的优化提供研究方向和理论支持。
Frictional stepless transmissions of new self-made mountain bikes are taken as research subjects to analyse their transmission characteristics. And its 3D model is established in Solidworks and then transferred into ADAMS to build the dynamics one aiming to conduct simulation and optimization in dynamic climate. Thus, its force of drive is obtained through its diverse angles with view to direct its optimization study and render theoretical support.
