摘要
本论文从目前外贸英语毕业生面临的挑战入手,阐述在市场经济条件下人才培养改革的必要性,通过广泛的调查研究,探索开设"行业依托型"外贸人才培养课程,将企业岗位的实际要求融入课程中,力求毕业生无需企业再培训即可马上开展工作,实现"零过渡",从而提升毕业生的职场竞争力。
In this paper, the challenges faced by Foreign Trade English graduates are introduced, followed by the detailed analysis of needs for reform of talent cultivation under market economy conditions. Surveys are conducted together with the proposal of forming industry-based cultivation mode for interdisciplinary talents so as to promote the career competition of talents.
