核电站工艺系统复杂、建设周期长,调试实施和移交过程的顺利开展是保障机组商运准备的关键环节,其移交管理成效直接影响工程项目建设的进度和质量。本文阐述了核电站移交接产管理特点,总结了机组调试阶段最小TOTO(Take Over for Temporary Operation,临时运行移交/交接试运行)系统的设置原则,并对调试阶段最小TOTO系统的引入意义进行了分析,为后续核电工程的调试实施和移交管理做好指引。

Nuclear power plant has complex systems as well as long construction period. The smooth development of Commissioning implementation and handover process is the key point to ensure the unit for commercial operation preparation. The effectiveness of handover management directly impacts the project construction progress and quality. This paper describes the characteristics of handover management in a nuclear power plant and the setting principles of the smallest TOTO(Take Over for Temporary Operation) systems during commissioning phase. It also analyzes the introducetion significance of the smallest TOTO systems. It 's a good direction for the follow-up nuclear power project in commissioning and handover management.
