Design of a Fan Vibration Signal Analysis Software Based on LabVIEW

本文以虚拟仪器LabVIEW开发平台,利用LabVIEW强大的信号分析能力,针对风机振动信号的振动机理和特点,结合故障诊断技术,开发了一个信号分析处理系统应用软件。该系统界面友好、操作简便,能广泛适用于煤矿行业。

Based on the powerful signal analysis ability of LabVIEW,this paper used Virtual instrument LabVIEW as a development platform, developing a signal analysis system application software,in view of the vibration of the fan vibration signal mechanism and features, combined with the fault diagnosis technology. The system has a friendly interface, an easy operation, and is widely used in coal mine industry.
