摘要
基于郑州煤电股份有限公司米村煤矿矿井通风阻力测定及主要通风机性能测定实际,详细研究了抽出式矿井风机静压的影响因素,并探讨风机静压的正确测算方法,结果发现风机静压受测压处风流扰动、测压探头安装位置及井下通风系统变化的影响,得出了风机静压正确测算方法,为风机房负压管理和优化提供了重要依据。
Based on the practice of Zhengzhou Coal Industry & Electric Power Company's Ventilation Resistance Determination and Fan Performance Test, studied of the influence factors of static pressure in coal mine of exhaust ventilation, and explored the correct way of measuring fan static pressure.It was found that the fan static pressure influence of the wind disturbance, pressure probe installation position and changes in the mine ventilation system, it is concluded that the fan static pressure correctly measure method. This conclusion provides important basis for fan room's negative pressure management and optimization.
