石河子地区老年女性骨质疏松性骨折影响因素的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析石河子地区老年女性骨质疏松性骨折的影响因素。方法:采用现场调查的方法,对2011年9月~2012年3月在石河子市中医院住院的55岁及以上骨质疏松性骨折及非骨折老年女性患者进行一对一问卷调查。结果:Logistic回归分析显示影响本地区老年女性骨质疏松性骨折的主要因素是服用皮质激素、多产、哺乳期、饮用奶制品、体育锻炼。结论:影响石河子地区老年男性骨质疏松性骨折的因素是多方面的,应制定科学合理的综合防治措施,预防骨质疏松性骨折的发生。 Objective Analysis of the affect factors of elderly man osteoporotic fracture in Shihezi Methods 0n-site survey methods was conducted by a questionnaire survey over 60 years of age and osteoporotic fracture man in patients with one to one survey at the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shihezi City in September 2011 ~March 2012. results Logistic regression analysis revealed the influence main factor of the area of osteoporotic fractures in elderly men is taking corticosteroids, milk products, physical exercise and smoking. Conclusion affect factors of elderly man osteoporotic fracture of many factors in Shihezi regional, scientific and reasonable comprehensive prevention measures should be taken, prevention of the occurrence of osteoporotic fracture.
