摘要
"4.10"事件之后,变电设备健康状态评估的及时性、有效性问题日益体现出来。针对这种情况,以500kV深圳变电站的变电设备为研究背景,介绍了公共信息模型(CIM)的概念,提出了一种基于变电设备健康状态评估的CIM模型的设计方案,同时采用UML建模语言对500kV深圳变电站变电设备进行建模,为变电设备健康状态评估提供了一个全维度信息集成的平台,形成了变电设备的"黑匣子"。
After the incident '4.10', the problem of assessing health status of substation equipment timely and effective is increasingly reflected. In view of this situation, based on 500kV shenzhen substation, first introduced the Common Information Model(CIM) concept, and proposed a design of CIM model based on assessment of health status of substation equipment, while using UML language to modeling,at last provided an integrated information platform for assessing health status of substation equipment,formed a 'black box' for substation equipment.
