基于Legendre矩的圆度测量方法

摘要 由于传统的依靠图形面积和周长的圆度测量方法不适合边沿有突变的图形测量并易受到噪声的影响。为此,提出了基于Legendre矩的新型圆度测量方法,通过图形的(p+q)阶Legendre矩与图形的0阶和p阶极半径矩来计算该图形的圆度。该方法的主要特点在于:首先,其满足图形圆度测量的基本条件;其次,与传统的依靠图形面积和周长的圆度测量方法相比,新提出的方法更适合于一些边界有突变的图形的圆度测量并具有较低的时间复杂度和较强的抗噪能力。实验结果同样表明了这两种方法要明显优于传统的圆度测量方法。 Since the most standard circularity measure which considers the relation between the shape area and the shape perimeter is noise sensitivity and unsuitable for shapes with boundary defects(which lead to a large increase in perimeter). A novel method for circularity measure is proposed. The proposed method is based on Legendre moments and satisfies the desirable properties of circularity measure. Compared with the classic circularity measure, the new measure is easy to compute, is robust to noise and performs better in the case of shapes with boundary defects. Theoretical and experimental results also show the superiority of the proposed methods.
