摘要
以PC机为上位机,西门子公司的S7-300 PLC作为PROFIBUS-DP控制网络的主站,S7-200 PLC做为控制网络的从站,构建了立体仓库的网络化控制系统,该系统由物料分拣搬运机械手、立体仓库两部分构成,采用分布式控制与集中管理相结合的方式,在上位机上可以实时监控和管理系统的运行状态,阐述了网络的硬件构成及软件编程中关键问题的实现方法,该系统可很好的实现立体仓库物料出入库的自动管理与控制。
PC as the host computer, S7-300 PLC of Siemens company as the master station of PROFIBUS-DP control network, S7-200 PLC as the slave station of the control network, build the network control system of warehouse, the system is composed of two parts: sorting manipulator and tridimensional warehouse,distributed control and centralized management are realized. On the monitoring PC the running state can be real-time monitored and controlled, the implementation of key problem about the hardware and software of network are interpreted, the system can achieve a good performance on the automatic management of tridimensional storehouse.
