摘要
本文针对石家庄地铁某标段盾构施工地质情况,进行土压平衡盾构机的刀盘设计。在确定刀盘类型的基础上,利用Solidworks建立其三维模型,并导入Ansys Workbench进行结构分析,然后选配适合该地质条件的刀具并用"全覆盖法"进行布置,最后提出了增加刀盘耐磨性和改良渣土的措施。基于前述设计加工制造的刀盘在施工中取得了很好的效果。
According to the shiled tunneling construction situation of a block in Shijiazhuang, the cutter head of EPBM(Earth Pressure Balance shiled machine) is designed. First, the 3D model of the cutter head is constructed by using solidworks, on the basis of confirming its type. The model is imported into the Ansys workbench to get its structure analyzed. Then the cutters which are suitable for the geological situation can be selected and decorated with the method of full coverage. Finally, the measure which can be enhance the wear resistance and improve the quality of muck can be proposed. Due to the good construction effect by using the cutter head which is designed, The cutter head has achieved good effect in practical application.
