摘要 反渗透技术用于沼液的浓缩,不仅不会破坏沼液的有效成分,而且能进一步提高沼液中的有效成分,更利于作为无公害的农作物肥料。通过反渗透技术浓缩沼液还大大地提高了有效成分的浓度。本实验测定了4种不同浓缩倍数下产水的电导率和COD值,且COD均低于畜禽养殖业污染排放标准;并在不同浓缩倍数下考察了进水压力随时间的变化,确定了3倍浓缩为最优倍数;对沼液的浓缩液进行了有机物的分析和重金属的分析,测定结果显示有机物成分主要有烷烃组成,且重金属含量低于国家标准肥料标准。研究为沼液的利用提供了一定的价值。 Reverse Osmosis technology was used for concentrating biogas slurry, not only the effective constituent in the biogas slurry is not be destroyed, but also concentration of the nutrient substances are increased., and it is beneficial to as crops fertilizer without environmental disruption. The concentration of effective constituent was increased greatly by reverse osmosis technology. In this study, the conductivity and COD of permeate water was determined in four concentration times and COD under livestock and poultry breeding pollution emission standards; The change of intake pressure with running time was researched under different concentration times and confirm three concentration times was optimal; organic matter and heavy in concentrated solution were analyzed, organic matter major consist of hydrocarbon alkyl and the content of heavy mental is below nation standard. This result can provide the base for the technology research on high value application of biogas slurry.
