关于研究生培养过程中存在的问题与思考

Existential the Problems and Consideration on the Postgraduate Education

改革开放以来,作为培养我国高端专门人才的研究生教育取得了巨大的成就。但近年来,在研究生教育和培养中显露的一些问题值得关注,总体学术水平下降、创新愿望不足等。本文结合自己在研究生培养过程的体会,从生源质量、培养过程、培养目标等方面存在的问题和解决对策,进行了思考并提出了一些见解。

Since reform and open of china, the postgraduate education has been made giant achievement. In recent years, however, there are problems on postgraduate education and training exposure, such as totally learning and research level descend and the desire of innovation deficiency and so on. In this paper, combining oneself experience on the postgraduate education, there are problems such ad quality of students, processing of culture and aim of developing being thinking, there are some countermeasures being proposed.
