摘要
压力是液压系统的重要参数之一,系统压力的测量为系统故障诊断提供了依据。由于传统的接触式测压方法存在一些弊端,因此研究非接触测量压力的方法具有重要意义。本文首先简要说明了非接触测量压力的必要性,分析了当前对非接触式压力测量研究中存在的困难,然后提出了一种利用表面波对管路内液体压力进行非接触测量的方法,通过理论计算建立了表面波波速与液体压力之间的关系,最后指出了该方法的优缺点及实现途径。
Pressure is one of the important parameters in hydraulic system. Pressure measurement provides the basis for hydraulic system diagnostics. Traditional contact measurement in liquid pressure has some disadvantages, so finding a way of measuring pressure without contacting liquid is significant. The article firstly describes necessity of non-contact measurement and analyzes difficulties in current research. Then put forward an approach of pressure measurement using surface wave, establish relations between velocity of surface wave and liquid pressure. Lastly point out its advantage, disadvantage and the way of realizing.
