中小企业知识产权工作现状及对策研究——以盐城市盐都区为例

Study on the Current Work Status and Corresponding Solutions of Intellectual Property in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises :Taking an Example as Yan Du District,Yan Cheng City

中小企业是市场经济的主体,也是自主创新的主体,更是知识产权创造、管理、保护和运用的主体。推进中小企业知识产权发展,必须找准企业知识产权工作中存在的问题,并采取相应对策措施。文章以盐城市盐都区为例,集中探索了中小企业知识产权工作现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了中小企业知识产权发展之对策。

Small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is not only the main body of market economy and the main body of self-dependent innovation,but also the subject of Creation, management, protection and use of intellectual property.To promote the development of intellectual property of SMEs,we must find out the problems existing in the work of intellectual property of enterprise and then take corresponding measures.Focused on exploring the current work status of intellectual property in SMEs in Yan Du district,Yan Cheng city,this paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and puts forward solutions for the development of intellectual property of SMEs.
