在科技计划项目立项评审工作中,项目与专家的匹配工作非常重要。文章在调研的基础上,梳理了我国科技计划项目立项评审中项目与专家匹配的现状,分析了立项评审中项目分组与专家匹配过程中存在的问题及原因,提出了规范项目申报材料和专家相关信息、智能分组及专家精准匹配的建议,以期提高科技计划项目立项评审的质量和效率。

The matching result of projects and experts is highly important in approval and review of science and technology project.This paper presents the current situation of the matching of projects and experts in the approval and review of national science and technology project and analyses the problem and reasons in the matching process.Finally,in order to optimize the quality and efficiency of project review,the author proposes some suggestions to normalize information of projects and experts and achieve the intelligent project grouping and precise matching of projects and experts.
