摘要
文章分析了工匠精神的内涵,提出了影响培养高职学生工匠精神的因素,研究了高职学生工匠精神的培养路径:要在思想上高度重视、要提升教师的能力素质、要不断完善课程体系、要将工匠精神融入创新创业中去。
This paper analyzes the connotation of 'craftsmanship',puts forward the factors influencing the cultivation of craftsmanship in higher vocational college students,and studies the cultivation path of craftsmanship in higher vocational students:to pay great attention ot craftsmanship,to improve teachers' ability and quality,to continuously improve the curriculum system,and to integrate craftsmanship into entrepreneurship.
