新疆医科大学学生对医疗类辐射认知情况研究

Study on the cognition of medical radiation among students in Xinjiang Medical University

目的:了解医学类学生对医疗类辐射的认知情况,旨在今后的临床工作中正确开出合理安全的检查单,让病人在安全合理的范围内进行辐射检查。方法:通过调查问卷的方式对新疆医科大学13-14级临床及非临床专业的423名学生就相关医疗类辐射做出相关问卷调查,最后做统计分析。结果:对于医疗类辐射对人体损害的相关知识有23.4%的同学不了解,有59.3%的同学对医疗类辐射防护标识不清楚;99%的同学愿意进行相关知识的培训。在专业性别及族别上各项内容差别不大,其中就防护标识中男女存在统计学差异。结论:对医疗类辐射的相关知识及相关防护知识存在较大盲区,应对学生进行一定的培训,从而在将来的工作中尽量减少医疗类辐射对患者造成的损伤。

Objective:To understand the cognition of medical radiation among students,aimed at offer reasonable and safe checklist in the future clinical work to ensure that the patient receives radiation check in the reasonable and safe range of radiation.Method:Through questionnaire,423 students majoring in clinical and non-clinical majors in Xinjiang Medical University answered questions concerning related medical radiation,and finally statistical analysis was carried out.Results:23.4% of the subjects are unfamiliar with the damage of medical radiation to human body,59.3% of the subjects are not clear about the logo of medical radiation protection; 99% of the subjects are willing to receiving related knowledge training.There is no significant difference in gender and nation,among which there is a statistical difference between male and female on the logo of radiation protection.Conclusion:There is a broad dead zone in the understanding of medical radiation and radiation protection.Therefore,a certain amount of training should be carried out for students in order to minimize medical radiation damage to the patients in the future work.
