摘要
内部收益率法是目前评价工程项目经济可行性的一种重要分析工具.内部收益率的估计与工程项目现金流程的符号改变情况有关,这一点在目前的工程经济学的理论和应用中常被忽视.为此,文中导出了计算工程项目内部收益率的两种实用公式,并提出了统一用加速遗传算法(AGA)来优化估计内部收益率的新方法.实例分析的结果说明,用AGA计算内部收益率简便、有效,计算精度高.
The internal rate of return method is currently an important analysis tool for economic feasibility evaluation of engineering project. The estimation valve of internal rate of return is materially relative to sign change of cash f low in engineering project, which is frequently neglected in both theory and pra ctice of engineering economics at present. Therefor in this paper, two practical formulas are induced to compute internal rate of return. An accelerating geneti c algorithm (AGA) developed by the authors is suggested to optimize internal rat e of return. The example results show that AGA method is simple, effective and high computation precision.
