针对钻杆检测设备不能根据技术标准对钻杆进行分级这一问题 ,在认真分析引进设备硬件和软件的基础上 ,对设备进行了改进 ,不仅延长了探测鞋的使用寿命 ,提高了检测信号的灵敏度 ,而且能检测管体壁厚 ,实现了钻杆的科学分级管理。

Based on meticulous analysis on hardware and software of imported equipment, we have made improvement on the imported equipment so that we are able to classify the detected drilling pipes according to the technical standard.The improved technology not only has prolonged the service life of the detecting head but also raised the sensitivity of detecting signal, realizing scientific classifying management of drilling pipes.
