锅炉安装过程中干涉现象的计算机辅助评判

摘要 以自行开发的实用锅炉吊装结构快速建模和数据结构为基础 ,研究了电站锅炉吊装中干涉现象的计算机评判技术 ,对吊装构件与已安装构件进行有效的干涉判断。工程实例的验证表明 ,此技术对锅炉若干可行吊装方案能快速、准确地进行干涉情况检查 ,以辅助技术人员快速制定并选择最优方案 ,对提高锅炉吊装方案的设计水平、加快锅炉安装速度 ,增加施工效益有重大意义。 Based on the practical model for hoisting boiler structures and its data structure developed independently, the computer aided technology was studied for appraising interference phenomenon in the process of hoisting the utility boiler, which can be used to judge the interference between the hoisting component and the other ones to be installed .Project example verification, by the aid of this technology, it can be estimated the interference condition in the boiler feasible hoisting schemes to be designed accurately, to assist technician selecting the optimum scheme, raises boiler hoisting technique level and efficiency, increase construction benefit.
