摘要
膨胀节的破坏形式主要为应力腐蚀开裂和点蚀。但有时也可发生均匀腐蚀 ,腐蚀介质主要是SO2 、SO3、SO2 -4 和NOX 及CO2 等。喷蒸汽 ,则促进腐蚀。停止喷蒸汽改变保温形式 ,优化结构设计 。
The failure style of expension joints mainly is stress corrosion cracking or pitting. But some times it can be caused by general corrosion, such as dew-point corrosion, where medium contains SO 2, SO 3, SO 2- 4, H 2S, NO x and CO 2 etc.. Spraying steam improved corrosion damage. Stop spraying steam and change thermal insulation style would be benefit to prolong using period of expension joint.
