摘要
本文着重研究了加料方式、乳化剂用量、以及交联剂用量等因素对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明 :采用单体预乳化和单体直接滴加两种不同加料方式制备的乳液共混可以得到性能优异的涂饰剂 ;乳化剂和交联剂的用量分别为 1%~ 4%和 2 .0 %~ 4.0 %时 ,聚合过程稳定 ,乳液耐水性好。
The effects of feeding manners of monomers, the amount of emulsifiers and the crosslinking agent on the emulsion properties are studied in the paper. The results demonstrate that leather finishing agent with excellent properties are obtained by blending two different emulsion prepared from pre-emulsion of monomer and monomer addition. The polymerization process are stable and the latex film have good properties of water resistance when the amount of emulsifiers and crosslinking agent is 1%~4% and 2.0%~4.0%, respectively.
