SiC改性稀土摩阻材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过SiC掺杂粘结剂丁腈改性酚醛树脂及基体配方中加入SiC,提高稀土摩阻材料的性能。结果表明:在本实验条件下,TGA显示粘结剂的热分解温度升高,摩阻材料的耐热性能改善即高温摩擦系数增加,磨损率降低,而且常温下冲击强度有所提高。比较了摩阻材料添加SiC与未添加SiC时材料的性能,并初步分析了产生影响的相关因素。 In this study NBR modified PF was furthur treated by adding SiC and SiC to its matrix,respectively.The performances of the two friction materials were compared with each other,and also were compared with the friction maternal withour SiC.It was found that wearresistance of the material and impact strength and stable function of being heaged were improved after the treatment by SiC.The factors which have effect on the performance were also investigated.
