氟羟磷灰石固溶体比较晶体化学FT-IR研究 被引量:8

FTIR investigation on comparative crystal chemistry on fluorhydroxyapatite solid solutions

摘要 采用单相共沉淀法和隋性气体保护下的固相反应法制备了端元羟基磷灰石(HAP)及氟磷灰石(FAP)或氟羟磷灰石固溶体[FOHAP].利用FTIR对其进行了比较晶体化学研究.结果表明:FOHAP中OH-的非对称伸缩振动峰[ρ]分裂为双峰(ρ:3573cm-1、ρ1:3543cm-1),证实了通道中同时存在氧氢键(OH…OH…OH)和氟氢键[-OH…F],据此首次提出了测定通道中F、OH相对含量的SJ经验公式. The endmember hydroxyapatite(HAP) and fluorapatite(FAP),or fluorhydroxyapatite solid solutionsFOHAP] were synthesized through onephase coprecipitating method or solidphase reaction method in inert gas. Comparative crystal chemistry on the FOHAP] have been investigated by FTIR. The results indicated that the nonsymmetry flexible vibration band ρ] of OH group in FOHAP is split into ρ(3573 cm-1) and ρ1 (3543 cm-1).The oxyhydrogen bond and hydrogen bond exist in the column of FOHAP at the same time. The SJ experience formula determinating F?OH contents in FOHAP columns were provided by author.
