摘要 如何制定合理有效的日调度单,是车间运行阶段所面临的主要任务,也是充分发挥车间生产能力,实现资源优化利用的关键。介绍了仿真技术在生产调度中的应用,根据生产车间的设备情况、班组状况、任务目标等选择模型元素,建立了生产车间层仿真模型。通过一个实例说明应用仿真系统来辅助生产车间生成所需要的日调度单。 It is well known that the principal task in the operation phase of a shop floor is to work out an efficient schedule sheet. A good schedule can improve the performance of a shop and is the key to sufficiently use the resource. It is focused on the application of computer simulation in the produce schedule. In addition an example was also given to explain how to generate an efficient schedule sheet under the assistance of computer simulation technology.
