摘要
以 30 %石英 -4 0 %高岭土 -30 %碱性长石 (质量分数 ,下同 )为基本配方 ,分别以 10 %和 2 0 %透辉石等量替代碱性长石组成新的配方 ,通过 115 0~ 14 0 0℃烧结实验 ,研究了透辉石对于三组分陶瓷烧成体抗折强度、显微硬度、真密度和视密度、吸水率等物理性能的影响。结果表明 ,在 12 0 0~ 12 5 0℃烧成温度区间内 ,透辉石替代 10 %的碱性长石 ,可以提高烧成体抗折强度 2 7%~ 83% ,降低吸水率 3~ 8倍 ,对烧结体硬度和视密度也有明显改善。烧成体抗折强度与烧成收缩率之间具有良好的线性关系 ,直线方程的斜率随透辉石替代量的增加而增大。透辉石部分替代碱性长石 ,可以以较小的体积变化而获得较大的抗折强度增长 ,对制备低收缩率、高强度的陶瓷材料具有重要意义。
The ceramics with basic composition of utilizing quartz (30% in mass, same below)-kaolin (40%)-alkali feldspar (30%), replaced by 10% and 20% diopside to commensurate alkali feldspar and form new formulas was sintered at 1 150-1 400 ℃. The influence of diopside replacing on the physical properties of the ceramics, such as flexural strength, microhardness, real density, apparent density and water absorbance of the tercomponent ceramics sintered, was investigated. The study result shows that the flexural strength of ceramics sintered at 1 200-1 250 ℃ with 10% diopside replacing alkali feldspar can enhance 27%-83%, lower the water absorbance 3-8 times than without diopside replacement, also significantly improving the hardness and apparent density of the sintering bodies. Favorable linear relation is observed between the flexural strength and sintering shrinkage, the slop of the straight_line equation increases with the increases of diopside replacement. Partly replacement of alkali feldspar by diopside can significantly increase the flexural strength with minim variation in volume. The findings are important to manufacture ceramic materials with low shrinkage rate and high strength.
