柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成金属离子部分置换钡基铁氧体及其性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用柠檬酸溶胶 -凝胶工艺 ,以柠檬酸铁、碳酸钡、硝酸钴、硝酸锌以及柠檬酸等为原料合成了BaZn2 Fe1 6 O2 7,BaCo2 Fe1 6 O2 7,Ba2 Zn2 Fe1 2 O2 2 ,Ba2 Co2 Fe1 2 O2 2 ,Ba3Zn2 Fe2 4O41 ,Ba3Co2 Fe2 4O41 铁氧体。采用XRD ,SEM对其相成分、显微结构进行研究 ;并对其复介电常数、复磁导率在 10 0MHz~ 6GHz下的变化规律进行了对比。结果表明 ,几种铁氧体的磁导率虚部随测试频率的变化曲线上基本都显示出非常明显的由自然共振引起的共振峰 ,且含Co铁氧体的自然共振频率高于含Zn铁氧体。 BaZn 2Fe 16 O 27 , BaCo 2Fe 16 O 27 , Ba 2Zn 2Fe 12 O 22 , Ba 2Co 2Fe 12 O 22 , Ba 3Zn 2Fe 24 O 41 , Ba 3Co 2Fe 24 O 41 ferrites were prepared by citrate sol-gel process using ferric citrate, BaCO 3, Co(NO 3) 2, Zn(NO 3) 2 and citrate acid as raw materials; X_ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy were used to obtain detailed information on the crystallography of the ferrite powders. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability dispersion were investigated in 100 MHz-6 GHz ranges. It is showed that very clear resonance phenomena due to natural resonance in μ″ spectrum were observed for almost all samples which corresponding frequency shifts to lower frequency as increasing of zinc ion content.
