天然气微生物勘探研究——以蠡县斜坡西柳构造为例 被引量:24

摘要 油气微生物勘探技术以其直接、有效、快速和经济等优势日益受到全球油气勘探界的重视。本文采用油气微生物勘探新技术中的天然气微生物勘探法 ,在蠡县斜西柳构造近地表采样并对所采样品进行甲烷氧化菌培养 ,根据经验确定了本研究区的 3个微生物异常区 ,北部异常区、西南异常区和东南异常区。通过研究区内现有的已钻 12口井对比 ,其油气微生物勘探结果的符合率为 83% ,远远高于本区勘探的成功率 4 4 % ,因此其效果是良好的。同时 ,通过天然气微生物勘探技术实践 ,总结并讨论了该技术分析结果的客观性、地表及断层的影响因素 ,以及导致部分结果不相符的原因 ,这对我国的复杂地下地质条件的天然气勘探具有重要的意义。最后 ,在天然气微生物勘探结论的基础上 ,结合圈闭、油源等条件对试验区进行了含油性预测 ,并提出了最有利的井位建议 。 Microbial prospecting technology of oil & gas is stressed by the petroleum exploration sector all over the world more and more because it is direct,effect,rapid and economic.With gas prospecting method of microbial prospecting technology 3 microbial anomaly areas were identified in Xiliu structure of Duxian slope by sampling near surface,culturing methane oxidizing bacteria with the samples,and detecting the quantity of the microbial bacteria.They are the north anomaly area,the southwest anomaly area and the southeast anomaly area.Comparing with 12 existing wells in the project region the result of microbial prospecting reached 83%of coincidence rate which is much more than 44% of the prospecting success ration in the region.So,the result is satisfying.By practicing gas microbial prospecting technology the paper discusses the objectiveness of the analyzed result of the technology,the effects of the surface and faults and the reasons,which cause the uncorrected results.It should be significant for gas exploration under the complicated geological conditions in China.Finally,based on the microbial prospecting results,plus the conditions of traps and hydrocarbon source the hydrocarbon bearing prediction was conducted and the favorable well positions were suggested in the project region.It is expected to verify the coincidence of the predication by drilling in the future.
