摘要
对211份不同类型水稻品种品质性状间的相关和偏相关分析表明:籼稻或粳稻加工品质间的偏相关系数均呈显著或极显著正相关,糙米率高的品种,其精米率和整精米率也高。籼稻的垩白率主要受粒长和长宽比的影响,粳稻则主要受长宽比的影响,但无论是籼稻或粳稻,垩白度与粒长和长宽比的偏相关均不显著。品质改良的重点是降低稻米的垩白率和垩白度,其关键是选择垩白性状较好、配合力较高的亲本,通过双交、复交、回交等方式增加优良亲本的比重,提高对垩白性状的选择压力等。稻米适口性的改良,应从早代开始,对所选材料进行感官品尝,并进行适口性的跟踪调查,结合其他品质性状进行综合选择。
The analysis was conducted on correlation and partial correlation of gra in quality characteristics in 211di fferent rice types(indica and japonica varieties).The results were as follows:A positive significant partial correlatio n was found between milling quality characteristics in tested varietie s.The grain length and length /bread th are major factors to chalkness gra in in indica varieties,for japonica varieties ,length /breadt h is important.No partial correlati on was found between chalky area and g rain length or length /breadth in indica or japonica varieties.It is important to reduce chalkness grain and chalky area in quality b reeding.The key means to reduce chalkness grain and chalky area are as follows:Selecting high quality and high combining ability pare nts .Applying breeding ways such as double cross,multiple cross,back c ross and so on .Strengthening selection pressure for quality breeding to chalkness.The key means to improve paratability are as follows:Selecting and tasting rice quality from early generation ,continual reseachin g and synthetic selecting based on other quality characteristics.
