摘要
文章简要介绍了盘式单牙轮钻头的结构特点及工作机理 ,阐述了盘式单牙轮钻头台架试验的方法、目的及意义 ,对两种 16 5 .1mm盘式单牙轮钻头的台架实验数据进行了分析处理 ,得到了在不同钻压和机械转速下盘式单牙轮钻头的台架试验结果 ,找到了钻压与机械转速之间的关系 。
The paper takes a brief account of the configuration characteristics and working mechanism of mono cone disc bits,and describes the method,purpose and signification of staging test of the bits.The staging test data of 2 kinds of 165.1 mm mono cone disc bits have been processed and analyzed.The staging test results of mono cone disc bits have been obtained under different drilling pressures and penetration rates.The relation between drilling pressures and penetration rates has been found.The bases are offered for the design and the application of mono cone disc bits to medium & low hardness formations.
