摘要
以丝胶蛋白粉为载体,戊二醛为交联剂制备固定化L-天冬酰胺酶。研究表明丝胶蛋白固定化L-天冬酰胺酶的活性高、性能稳定,其最适pH值为7.0,最适温度为60℃。丝胶蛋白固定化L-天冬酰胺酶具有较高的操作稳定性,抗胰蛋白酶水解的能力强。
In this paper,L-asparaginase was immobilized on the natural silk sericin powder by cross-linked with glutaraldehyde.Here we can find that this enzyme has high activity and stable properties.Its optimum PH is 7.0,and optimum temperature is 60℃.In addition,it has high operative stability and the high resistance to trypsin hydrolysis.
