川南地区地下储气库选址初步设想

SUGGESTIONS TO CHOOSE THE LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE IN SOUTH SICHUAN AREA

天然气地下储气库具有储存量大、调节范围广、安全可靠、经久耐用、运行成本低等显著优点 ,长期以来已成为天然气消费大国储存、采集、调配天然气的基础设施 ,是大型输气干线系统配套不可缺少的重要组成部分。近年来 ,随着川渝气田的大规模、远距离输送和天然气市场的迅速扩展 ,利用四川枯竭气藏建设地下储气库的问题也受到人们越来越大的关注。在调研国外地下储气库建设的基础上 ,针对我国各地区对天然气的需求状况 ,阐述了我国建造地下储气库的意义、建库选址原则和选址方案 ,对加速四川天然气地下储气库的规划。

Underground gas storage has the advantages of big storing volume,wide adjusting scope,safety,reliability and low operating cost,etc.It has become the infrastructure of gas storing,gathering and distributing for big gas consumption countries.It is also the major component matching with great gas transmission system.More and more attention is paid to build the underground gas storage by using the depleted gas reservoir as Sichuan gas is transmitted with great volume and long distance, and the gas market expands rapidly.Based on investigation and study of foreign underground gas storages,aiming the gas demands of different areas in China,the paper describes the significance of building underground gas storages in China,the criteria of choosing locations to build the storages and the proposal of choosing.It is useful to speed the program and construction of the underground gas storage in China.
