摘要
本文用X-射线能谱仪研究了NaA及NaHS沸石分子筛在电子束作用下Na^+离子的行为。实验可见,电子束作用使Na^+离子向着电子束轰击区聚集并以原子的形式沉积下来。分析结果表明,NaA及NaHS分子筛存在着大量可动Na^+离子,它们与骨架的结合较弱,易在孔道中迁移。
Na^+ ions behaviour of zeolite molecular sieves NaA and NaHS under electron beam bombardment was studied by using EDAX-9100. We found that the counting rates of NaK_α, X-ray was unstable, the following study showed that Na^+ ions were collected toward the electron bombardment region under electron hit, and deposited in atomic state. From analysis of the curves of CPS with time, we considered that there were lots of removeble positive ions Na^+ in the NaA and NaHS, these ions were combined very weak with the framework and easy to remove in the channel.
