摘要
催化裂化工艺技术随着社会的进步不断在发展 ,当前又迎来原油重质化和油品清洁化的挑战 ,于是又面临着进一步发展的机会。由于催化裂化的本能是转化重油为轻油 ,因此它将仍然是炼油的骨干工艺 ,克服装置结焦问题是开好重油裂化的当务之急。重油裂化多产轻烯烃以及适应油品市场变化 ,发挥其应变能力也是催化裂化的一种本能。但为满足柴油和清洁燃料的需要 ,尚需其它后加工工艺的配合。
FCC technology is developing in step with the advancement of the human livelihood. Nowadays, it is facing the challenge of more heavy feedstocks and the requirement of cleaner products. As a conversion technology, FCC will continue to be a core technology in petroleum refining. To overcome coking in the unit is today's priority. Converting more heavy feedstocks, maximizing the yields of light olefins and shifting the product plate to respond the market needs are the abilities of FCC unit. To meet the specifications of future clean fuels, however, post treatments by other processes are required.
