摘要
介绍了高硫原油加氢设备的主要腐蚀形式及相应的对策、防护措施 ,针对加氢装置的特点及腐蚀类型从设备材料选择上提出基本原则 ,概述了加氢裂化装置大型设备的新Cr Mo钢的优点及其应用情况。
Main corrosion patterns of hydrogenation equipment processing high sulfur crude and the protection measures are introduced. Basic principle of equipment material selection has been proposed in the light of hydrogenation plant features and the existing corrosion patterns. Advantages of new Cr Mo steel used for large scale hydrocracker and its application are described as well.
