大学生心理健康与体育教育关系的研究

The Study of the Relationship between Psychological Health and Physical Education of University Students

通过对大学生心理健康状况的调查与分析,探讨了大学生心理健康与体育教育的关系。针对大学生中存在的心理健康问题,阐明对学生进行健康心理教育的重要意义和体育在健康心理教育中的作用,并对如何利用体育教育促进学生心理健康、提高健康水平提出若干建议。

This article discusses the relationship between psychological health and physical education by in-vestigating and analysing the status of the psychological health of university students and expounds the im-portance of eduvating the university students in the psychological health and the function of physical educa-tion in the psychological health education.It also puts forward some suggestions of how to make full use of physical education to promote the students' psychological health and to improve the health standard.
