新研制的NCT2000型喷气燃料常温液相精脱硫剂

新研制的NCT2 0 0 0型喷气燃料常温液相精脱硫剂采用的原料为活性氧化锌、氧化钛胶、氢氧化铝和甲基纤维素。在实验室试验和工业应用一年多的结果表明 ,该剂的质量穿透硫容为 8.8% ,压碎强度为 46N/cm ;采用该剂对喷气燃料进行精制 ,银片腐蚀可以由 3级降至 0级 ,同时未发现精脱硫剂有粉化现象。该剂有推广应用价值。

The raw materials of the newly developed NCI 2 000 desulfurization agent for jet fuel refining at normal temperature and liquid phase are activated zine oxide, titanium oxide, aluminum hydroxide and methyl cellulose. Laboratory test and the more than one year commercial application have showed that sulfur mass content is 8.8% and crush strength is 46 N/cm. Silver strip corrosion of the jet fuel has decreased from 3 grade to 0 grade with the desulfurization agent and without powdering of the agent. So its application can be popularized.
