Based on creative principles, modern education concepts and P.E. teaching characteristic and advantage are exerted. The methods and ways on the cultivation of students' creative minds and practical abilities in P.E. teaching are explored and quantity research on psychology and physiology for cultivation results is made to expect to put forward reference materials for creative teaching.
