我国优秀女子标枪运动员最后用力重心及下肢动作分析

Study on the Speeds of Gravity Centers and the Actions of the Right Legs in the Last Steps of Elite Chinese Women Javelin Players' Throwing

采用运动技术高速摄影和影片解析法 ,对我国部分优秀女子标枪运动员投掷步最后一步重心速度变化和下肢技术动作进行研究分析 ,对影响标枪运动成绩的运动学因子结构进行探讨 ,为广大教练员、运动员和教育、科研工作者的教学、训练实践工作提供参考。

In the course of the last step of javelin throwing, the reasonable change of speed of gravity center and the right action of the lower limbs are essential for producing excellent results. Using methods such as high-speed photography, film analysis and mathematical statistics, a study on change of speeds of gravity centers and actions of right leg in the last step of 17 women javelin players' throwing was made, who participated in the National Track and Field championships in May, 1996 in Nanjing. The result of this study shows that:speeding up and slowing down are the two forms of the change of speeds of gravity centers of top Chinese women javelin players before the landing of left leg in the last throw step, and the former plays a positive role in raising the initial velocity of the javelin. Stretching right leg or not is the direct reason of the change of speed of gravity center. Stretching right leg before the landing of left legs in the throw step is the reasonable technique that conforms to the laws of sports biomechanics.
