摘要
本文联系当前浙江海洋捕捞的困境,分析了部分捕捞渔民转产转业的必然性和迫切性,并从政策、资金、途径及方法等方面阐述了转产转业的对策与建议。
Abstract:The paper analyzed the inevitability and the urgency of transferring the part of fisher-men's job in accordance with their difficult position.And the writer expounded some countermeasures and suggestions for transferring fishermen's job in aspects of policy,funds,path and method.
