摘要
基于工艺软件包 ,对尿素解吸塔进行了模拟、分析 ,找出了现存问题 ,确定了改造方案。优选 5 0 0Y规整填料及相关内件对原塔进行了改造 。
Based on the application of the chemical process software package,a problem was found by the simulation and analysis for the urea stripping tower. The revamping scheme was determined. The stripping tower was revamped with the structure packings 500Y and internals by optimization selecting.smooth process had been realizing since revamping scheme was implemented.
