摘要
以 (NH4 ) 2 CO3为沉淀剂 ,并采用一种高分子分散剂 ,研制出沉淀法制备纳米氧化铝粉体的新工艺。制备出球形纳米氧化铝粉体 ,在 80 0℃煅烧得到的颗粒尺寸为 5～ 6nm ,在 1 1 0 0℃煅烧得到的颗粒尺寸约为 8nm。研究了沉淀 pH、溶液浓度。
A new technology for the preparation of nano alumina powder by precipitation method has been introduced.Ammonium carbonate is used as precipitation agent and a kind of polymer is used as dispersant.The nano alumina powder has spherical shape and has the size of 5～6 nm when calcined at 800 ℃ and 8 nm at 1 100 ℃.The affects of pH value of precipitation solution,concentration of reactive solution,temperature of calcination and the content of dispersant on the properties of nano alumina powder are also discussed.
