使用硝酸铵精制粗锶 ,通过控制该复分解的物料配比 ,采用消泡网器械破泡 ,极大地提高了反应速度及生产能力 ;控制反应终点硝酸盐的溶解使用水量 ,使锶、钡部分分离后再进行除钡 ,解决高浓度条件下除钡时锶损失大的技术难题 ;
The coarse strontium carbonate is refined by ammonium nitrate.The reaction rate and productive rate can be increased through the control of the reactant's propertion in compound decomposition and defoaming by mechanical netting.Ba is removed after partial separation of Sr and Ba,it can resolve the problem of Sr loss under the condition of higher concentration.Ca is removed by solvent-extraction method.
