移动互联下的旅游网络投诉机制创新研究

摘要 在全球化移动互联背景下,我国旅游业迅速发展,旅游投诉越来越多。网络投诉作为旅游投诉的重要方式,对提高旅游服务质量、提高游客满意度起到至关重要的作用。目前,我国的旅游网络投诉还处于发展阶段,网络投诉机制还不健全。文章通过分析旅游投诉的现状和特点,基于移动互联下设计了一套即时通讯旅游网络投诉监督机制,将有效地解决旅游网络投诉中存在的问题。 Under the background of globalization of mobile Internet,the tourism industry develops rapidly in our country. A network complaint as an important way of tourism complaint plays a very important role in improving the quality of tourism services and tourists' satisfaction. Nowadays,China' network complaint is in the early stages of development and network complaint mechanisms are still rudimentary. By analyzing the current situation and the characteristics of tourism complaints,a set of instant communication innovation model of tourism network complaint supervision mechanisms are designed based on the work of the tourism network and it solves the existing problems in the tourism network complaints effectively.
