西部地区基层电大对现代远程教育的实践

Practice of Modern Distant Education in University of Television and Broadcasting at the basic level places in Western Area of China

西部地区由于经济基础、科技水平和教育文化的相对落后,致使如今在全国教育界如火如荼开展的现代远程教育工程面临一系列难题。基层电大应该怎么办?文章指出:一是要加强学习,提高认识;二是要从实际出发,逐步推进教育设施的建设;三是要下大力气,抓好师资培训工作;四是领会远程教育的特征,摸索着开展工作;五是积极开展“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”课题研究。

Because of being behind relatively in economics,science and technology,education and culture in western area,there are many difficulties in developing modern distant education there.This paper points out what should be done:One is to enhance study to raise understanding;second is to provide education accomoda-tions gradually;third is to make great efforts to train teachers;Fourth is to understand Characteristics of distant education for developments of related works.Fifth is to investigate the program 'Reform of mode of personnel training and open-education experiments'.
