浅谈我国的炼铜工业及其发展趋势——《2000年中国有色金属工业研究:铜冶金工业部份》

DISCUSSION ON CHINA'S INDUSTRY OF COPPER SMELTING AND IT'S TFNDENCY OF DEVELOPMENT《RESEARCH OF CHINA'S INDUSTRY OF NON-FERROUS METALS AT THE BEGINNING OF 21 ST CENTURY:THE PART OF COPPER METALLURGY》

本文对近年来国内外铜资源,矿铜和精铜的产量以及精铜消费等作了简要的介绍和分析,对现代铜冶炼工艺的发展和成就作了评述,提出了2000年我国炼铜工艺发展的意见:在积极开发国内资源的同时,进口铜精矿以满足国内消费增长的需要:在工业上采用以自热熔炼为基础的富氧闪速熔炼,炼池熔炼和富氧鼓风炉自热熔炼。

In this patper the author gives a brief introduction and analysis of copper resource,and the present condition of its production and consumption at home and abroad,makes a comment on the development and achivement in modern copper—smelting processes and contributes his suggestions of how China's copper industry should be developed when she enters the 21 st century.According to the author's view,we should rationally exploit the national resource of copper mine and,at the same time,import copper concentrate from abroad to meet the increasing demands of copper consumption.As for the copper smelting technology,the author suggestes that we should use flash smelting,molten bath smelting and blast furnace smelting which are all based on the techniques of autogenous smelting and in which enriched oxygen is used.
